Pole Coil Brazing Machine

As like on all Micamation equipment, the coil pole brazing machine is focused on highest quality, reliability, easy operation and minimal maintenance. Of course this machine has the CE-conformity and can be customized.

MPM

Semiautomatic production machine for brazing pole coils for hydro generators and exciter machines. The MPM offers significant advantages compared to manual brazing and allows an efficient and high quality brazing joint of the pole coils.

Heating of the brazing joints by induction, heating power stepless selectable
Two induction generators with 40 kW or 80 kW available
By pressing the brazing joints no additional finishing required
Insulation can be inserted during the manufacturing process
Manufacturing time per winding (inclusive insulation) approx. 15 min.
Cooling device and smoke exhaust ventilation are available as option
