MI-303
Table machine designed to insulate smaller, closed and half closed coils, straight and bent bars, as well as rings or similar products. This universal and efficient machine allows a much higher quality and a higher grade of insulation compared to manual taping.

This machine is especially made for laboratory and test purposes. The machine is able to automatically tape test-bars with insulating tape. The identical taping head and the same software as used on the 6-axes insulating machines, ensure equal conditions as in the production.

This machine allows automatic applying of taping insulation on generator connector rings. It is possible with the MI-315 to insulate the arc sections of the connector rings automatically. The connector ends have to be insulated manually.

The 6-Axes motion control of the MI-358 sets new standards in functionality and the ease of use. The machine is able to insulate automatically turbogenerator bars (optional also hydrogenerator bars) with insulating tape.

MI-361
For the production of larger series of coils, the MI-361 can be converted by three robots into a fully automated version. An autonomus production up to 30 min. is then possible.
- Operator loads the coils on the conveyor
- Robot no. 1 takes the coil from the conveyer and loads it into the machine
- Operator charges the stack with the insulating tape supply rolls
- Applying the insulating tape roll into the taping head and clamping the tape in the taping head by robot no. 2
- After the coil has been insulated, cutting and clamping of the tape is done by robot no. 3

MI-362 / MI-363
This machine is able to insulate closed formed coils (optional also flat coils and bars) with insulating tape. The exceeding 6-axes motion control allows to insulate the complete coil including the "knuckle". Within the working range of the machine, all insulating parameters can be set freely.

This machine is designed for the automatic insulation of Turbo- and Hydrogeneratorbars, as well as for closed, formed coils. Similar to the MI-363, the 6-axes motion control allows a smooth, complete and automatic insulation of the bar or the coil (including the "coil eye") in one passage. Within the working range of the machine, all insulating parameters can be set freely.
