Heated Presses
Our presses are typically used for curing resin-rich insulation, or consolidating uninsulated bars or coils. The temperature and pressure profile is fully programmable allowing you to define a process which generates the maximum quality for your product. We build presses in all sizes, each one can be tailored to meet your requirements.

Features
While based on one of our standard products, each press is customised for the size, pressure, and features that you require.
Programmable heating and pressure sequences
Program the temperature, pressure, and duration of each step of your process. Have as many steps as you need.Pressure modulation
Configurable algorithms for kneading or massaging the bar to promote resin flow. Each press cylinder can be controlled individually.Automated loading
Integrated lifts and rakes to gently load or unload the products with no risk of deformation. We have options for loading multiple bars, and for supporting large bar involutes.Accurate temperature control
The temperature is monitored at many points along the press. Each heating element is individually regulated to ensure a consistent temperature throughout.Liquid cooling
Active cooling of the product allows shorter production cycles.Partitionable configuration
Large presses can be partitioned into two or three smaller presses which can be operated together or independently. This allows the productivity of the machine to be maximised.Data logging and monitoring
The temperature and pressure are logged at regular intervals and can be viewed as a graph or exported as a file for quality control. Alarms are triggered if a value is outside the permitted range.
